  • What will I need to provide to secure my child’s enrolment?
Once we receive your online enquiry form, we will send you an email with enrolment forms and a Direct Debit Request form. To secure your enrolment you will need to send back the completed enrolment forms and Direct Debit Request form along with your child’s birth certificate and immunisation records.
  • Is there minimum number of days per week required for enrolment?
The minimum enrolment is 3 days. We feel that the children require time to form attachment with the other children and their teachers. The teachers will need time to plan and design a quality program for the child to support their learning and development so we do insist minimum of two days of enrolment.
  • What is the notice period?
We require two weeks’ written notice to cancel or change your enrolled days.
  • Why do I have to pay for a public holiday?
The reason we need to charge you on public holidays is because we have every day costs that take place, regardless of whether children are at the centre or not.
  • How much does it cost?
The cost of your childcare depends upon the number of days and hours your child is enrolled with us. Your will find our prices are very reasonable, please contact the centre for more information.
  • Do you offer 20 ECE free hours?
Yes we do offer 20 ECE free hours for children aged 3-5 years old.
  • What are the operating hours?
We are open Monday to Friday from 7.00 am to 6.00 pm except public holidays.
  • My child has allergies?
Blooming buds will need a written action plan for children with known allergies included with the child’s enrolment form. Blooming buds aims at creating “Nut free” meals at the centre.
  • Am I able to visit the centre before my child start?
We do offer some free transitions before your child starts with us. During this transition period, your child’s key teacher will go through the specifics of your child’s day at home. We will work close to the child’s routine at home until your child gradually familiarises with the rhythm of the centre.
  • Does my child need to be toilet trained?
No, but we would like to introduce toilet training with your support. Children are encouraged to become familiar with bathroom arrangements. This makes the transition much more comfortable for the child. Your child’s teacher will work together with you to ensure a positive experience.
